It’s safe to say that I’m a total coffee addict! I love a good Starbucks run, but the calories can really add up. Here’s some low-cal Starbucks drinks you can enjoy this summer– without the added calories and sugar:
- Regular Cold Brew with milk– 0-5 cals
What to order? iced coffee + your favorite milk - Iced Caramel Coffee – 60 cals
What to order? Iced coffee, 1 pump caramel syrup, 2 pumps sugar-free vanilla syrup, light cream or almond milk - Vanilla Cold Brew– 60 cals
What to order? Cold foam cold brew, one pump hazelnut syrup, three pumps vanilla syrup, light cream - Double Shot Cold Drink- 60- 100 cals
What to order? Iced double shot, 1 pup classic syrup and splash of heavy cream (you can sub almond milk) - Sweet Cream Cold Brew- 40 cals
What to order? Nitro cold brew, add sugar free vanilla, & a splash of half & half - Cinnamon Honey Latte- 60 cals
What to order? Iced blonde americano, 1 pump of honey syrup, 2 pumps of sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup, splash of almond milk.
